To find the best assistants, we work relentlessly selecting, assessing and interviewing hundreds of applicants to find experts in each field of service across multiple industries.
Our application process is rigorous, so much so that only 3/10 applicants make it. Those that do have the expertise, skills, and drive to be assistants within their specialized fields. That’s right, no assistant works more than one field unless we deem that they have what it takes to do so.

We test for integrity, positive attitude, well-managed ego and assertiveness.
Our applicants must have worked in their field at a professional level a length before they come on with us.
Applicants must demonstrate the ability to communicate in a professional and clear manner.
We require strong English writing skills and proficient English speaking skills.
We require all our assistants to be comfortable with using technology and learning new technology.
Our assistants must be committed to working as an assistant for the long haul.
